🔄 Refund and Returns Policy | Signature Watch

At Signature Watch, we strive for every purchase to be the perfect reflection of your personal style. If your timepiece does not meet your expectations, our policy ensures a transparent and secure return process.

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-calendar day window, starting from the confirmed date of delivery, during which a return must be formally initiated. This period allows you adequate time to confirm the fit, feel, and function of your new timepiece. Requests received after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must strictly adhere to all of the following conditions:

  • Condition: The watch must be in the exact same unworn, unused, and undamaged condition as it was shipped. Any signs of wear, scuff marks, alteration, or sizing (e.g., links removed) will result in the refusal of the return.
  • Security Seals: All original factory protective plastics, tags, and Signature Watch security seals must be fully intact and untampered. Removal of any seal invalidates the return.
  • Complete Set: The return must include all original items supplied, including:
    • Inner and outer presentation boxes.
    • Original Warranty Cards, Certificates, and Papers (unstamped, if applicable).
    • All manuals, extra links, and accessories.

3. Exclusions (Items Not Eligible for Return)

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Personalized Orders: Watches that have been engraved or customized at the client’s request.
  • Worn or Sized Items: Watches where the metal bracelet has been sized or where the strap shows creases or wear marks.
  • Items Marked “Final Sale”: Products explicitly stated as non-returnable on the product page (e.g., clearance items, certain vintage pieces).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: You must contact our Customer Service team via email within the 14-day period to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected.
  2. Secure Packaging: Package the watch and all its required documentation (Section 2) securely in an unmarked outer box.
  3. Insured Shipping: The return must be shipped using a traceable courier service and must be fully insured for the complete purchase price. The cost of return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the client.
  4. Tracking: The tracking number must be provided to us immediately upon shipment.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once the return is received, it will undergo a detailed inspection by our Quality Control team (typically 3-5 business days).

Restocking Fee: Signature Watch reserves the right to charge a restocking fee (up to 5%) or refuse the refund if the watch is returned damaged, used, or missing original components/packaging.

Approval: If the watch meets all mandatory criteria, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
